Shipping & Orders

Delivery: Orders are ready for dispatch within 1–5 business days once payment is received. In cases where a specific production time is mentioned for an item, the processing time may be longer.

Payment & Reservations: Ordered items are reserved for 1–3 business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled. If you wish to reserve items until a specific date, please specify this in the notes section when placing your order.

Sizing Information: Before placing an order, please compare the measurements provided in the product description or size chart with your child's measurements. If you require custom measurements, please include them in the notes section during checkout.
